I love to ask BIG questions! And I love it even more when I get to connect with others who are turned on by asking  - and talking about all of the possibilities that come from- BIG questions, too.

With years of experience in the corporate, non-profit, education, small business, & personal development sectors I have developed a systematic discovery approach that leads to success for my clients.

My favorite role within my own companies is that of Chief Vision Officer.  It is in this role that I get to think about and plan the future with imagination & wisdom.  It is from this vantage point that I can observe all of the options, and experience gratitude for all of the resources.  It is through this lens that I can find the patterns and the processes that allow for growth. 

 

This is my happy place - where ideation is the joyful beginning of dreams realized.

As a speaker, facilitator, coach, & entrepreneur, the formats vary but the content remains the same.  It is always about how we can lean into self-awareness, self-confidence, & self-actualization to leverage our confidence so we can get and give the most value.

Noticing is my superpower, and my favorite moments really are the ones where I witness someone realize their value.  I'd love to help you and the people in your life do just that!
